Casawax Stearates
Casawax stearates are multifunctional processing aids designed to keep rubber and plastics operations running smoothly. Acting as effective internal and external lubricants, they help reduce friction, support clean mould release, and promote uniform dispersion—while enhancing thermal stability and neutralising acidic residues for more consistent processing and product quality.
By lowering die and mould friction, Casawax™ stearates improve flow in extrusion, moulding, and compounding, supporting higher throughput and more stable processing windows. Their release properties minimise sticking on moulds, rollers, and calenders, reducing defects and downtime.
