TS Pack is Thomas Swan’s low-melt bag solution for clean, efficient handling of chemical additives in rubber and polymer compounding. Additives are supplied in pre-weighed, low-melt bags designed to be dropped straight into the mixer, helping to improve dosing accuracy, reduce dust and minimise operator contact with powders and pellets.
By integrating TS Pack into existing compounding workflows, manufacturers can simplify material handling, cut preparation time and improve batch-to-batch consistency. The low-melt packaging is formulated to disperse cleanly into the compound under normal processing conditions, eliminating the need to open, tip and dispose of traditional bags while reducing waste and housekeeping requirements.
