Casabatch rubber masterbatches are pre-engineered blends of polymer, carbon black and, where required, process oil – designed to simplify compounding and deliver consistent, reliable performance in tyres and technical rubber goods. Instead of weighing out base polymer, carbon black and oil separately, Casabatch™ lets you drop in a ready-made compound backbone with proven reinforcement and dispersion.
The range covers SBR and NR/BR tread masterbatches and high-modulus NR / N-330 stocks, giving formulators a convenient way to build or adjust compounds for tyre treads, sidewalls, belts, hoses, footwear and general mechanical rubber. Grades such as SBR / N-550 (no oil), SBR / N-330 and SBR / N-339 (oil-extended), NR/BR tread compounds and NR / N-330 masterbatches provide flexible options for balancing abrasion resistance, modulus, rolling resistance and processability.
